Summary
editDescription | Photo of the full lineup of the original antirom team (low res) |
---|---|
Author or copyright owner |
Jeremy Murch (photographer) commissioned by Antirom |
Source (WP:NFCC#4) | Original publication: was used for the Antirom press kit Immediate source: personal archive |
Date of publication | 1996 |
Use in article (WP:NFCC#7) | antirom |
Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8) | This is the only existing image of the original antirom lineup originally created for their press pack, the wiki article deals with the history of the company so it would seem this is an image that would be of interest to those looking back at the history of the company. |
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1) |
there are no alternative images of the team available as this is the only existing portrait with them all together, so is unique in that respect & not possible re-create with other media. |
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3) | Its a single low res image used to illustrate the wiki article as a visual guide to the original team. |
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2) |
Firstly the image was commissioned by Antirom for their press pack so presumably copyright/ownership would have rested with them, I have permission for use in the wiki article from some of the former members, I have also had email approval (15:18 22/12/15) from Jeremy Murch the photographer confirming it is fine to use the image on the article (can upload a copy of the email exchange if required), as it would not now (or then) have any commercial value as its sole purpose was to be given away in press packs as info on the company, also its a low-res version I've uploaded so could not be copied or distributed elsewhere in any meaningful way. |
