Ikubunkan Global High School (Japanese: いくぶんかんグローバルこうとうがっこう; English: Ikubunkan Global High School) is a private high school located at 2-19-1 Mukogaoka, Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo, Japan.

It is operated by the Ikubunkan Yume Gakuen Educational Foundation. Miki Watanabe, the founder of Watami, serves as the chairman of the board.

Overview Although it shares the same campus with Ikubunkan Junior High School and High School, it is a separate institution from Ikubunkan High School. Therefore, students cannot transfer their enrollment to Ikubunkan High School midway.

In addition to internal progression from Ikubunkan Junior High School, there are also high school entrance examinations. Typically, Ikubunkan Junior High School is referred to as "Junior High," Ikubunkan High School as "General Course," and Ikubunkan Global High School as "Global."

From April 2010, all three schools became co-educational simultaneously, and the uniforms were redesigned. The uniforms are common among the junior high, high school, and global high school, but the color of the necktie for boys and ribbon for girls distinguishes them (Ikubunkan High School is navy, Ikubunkan Junior High School is red, and Ikubunkan Global High School is blue).

In the first year, each class is assigned two homeroom teachers: one Japanese teacher and one native English-speaking teacher (two-teacher system). There is a Liberal Arts Track, which is a humanities class (without science subjects; first-year science subjects: Mathematics I - 3 classes per week, Basic Biology - 2 classes per week), and a Global Science Track, which is a science class (established from the 2018 academic year). From January of the first year to December of the second year, students in the humanities class have a study abroad program in New Zealand or Canada, while students in the science class study in Australia or Canada. (Previously, students were sent to Palmerston North near the capital city of Wellington, but due to an increase in the number of students, about 60-70% now study throughout New Zealand. On September 1, 1919, it was renamed Ikubunkan Middle School and Ikubunkan Commercial School. The word "Private" was not used since its founding. 1949 - Reorganized into a new high school under the educational system reform, becoming Ikubunkan Commercial High School. 1993 - Abolished the commercial course. Established the International Course and renamed it Ikubunkan International High School. 2006 - Renamed to the current name, Ikubunkan Global High School. 2010 - Became a co-educational school from April.
