Education
editHayes attended Mississippi College in the United States, where she majored in kinesiology.[2]
Career
editHayes has played for Scottish side Celtic, helping the club win the SWPL Cup in 2021 (scoring the only goal of the final) and the Scottish Women's Cup in both 2022 and 2023.[3]

editCaitlin is the daughter of Duane Hayes. Her Irish origins are through a grandfather from County Offaly.[5]
